The evening continues with exquisite main course offerings including Surf & Turf with petite filet and grilled tiger prawns, Hokkaido Scallops over parsnip fregola “risotto,” Jidori Chicken Breast with black truffle vin jaune, and premium steaks such as the F1 Wagyu New York Strip featured during the Gala Seating. Our First Seating additionally includes luxurious choices like the Ribeye Oscar with jumbo lump crab and the Atlantic Salmon with butter bean ragout and saffron chorizo broth. Enhance your celebration with optional luxury upgrades, from Japanese A5 Wagyu Striploin, Regiis Ova Caviar service, and Hudson Valley Foie Gras, to the show-stopping Chilled Shellfish Tower for Two. Every table enjoys a curated trio of sides of Mac & Cheese, Potato Purée, and Brussels Sprouts and along with artisan bread service with Vermont salted butter. he evening concludes on a sweet note with our elegant Tuxedo Sponge Cake, layered with vanilla, dark chocolate, and whipped ganache.
