Celebrate Las Vegas Restaurant Week at Carversteak from June 1–13 with an elevated three-course dining experience in partnership with Three Square Food Bank. Priced at $80 per guest, the menu showcases the restaurant’s signature approach to modern steakhouse cuisine—beginning with refined starters like Burrata Salad with candy-striped beets and hazelnuts, Steak Tartare with quail egg and grilled sourdough, or Ahi Tuna Tartare with avocado and aji amarillo. Entrées highlight bold yet balanced flavors, including Steak Au Poivre featuring filet of ribeye with peppercorn sauce and potato purée, alongside options like parsley-crusted Atlantic salmon or organic chicken breast with potato gnocchi and spring peas. The experience concludes with a classic Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée. A portion of proceeds from each menu supports Three Square’s mission to fight hunger in Southern Nevada, allowing guests to indulge in a thoughtfully curated culinary experience that gives back to the local community.
