Le Spritz Bar at Carversteak returns for its highly anticipated Second Act Open Nightly, once again transforming Carversteak’s climate-controlled patio into an intimate European-inspired escape. Drawing inspiration from the golden hour glamour of the French Riviera and the effortless sophistication of the Amalfi Coast, the seasonal experience blends vibrant design, curated music, elevated hospitality and the timeless ritual of aperitivo culture in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

Helmed by Carver Road Hospitality’s VP of Hospitality Culture & Beverage, Francesco Lafranconi, this year’s cocktail program introduces a refreshed collection of inventive spritz creations alongside refined classics. Each thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the evolution of one of Europe’s most iconic cocktail traditions. From bright citrus-forward expressions to refreshing low-ABV and spirit-free offerings, every cocktail is designed to evoke the feeling of summer abroad through bold flavor profiles, elegant presentation and transportive storytelling.

Complementing the beverage experience is a curated lineup of Mediterranean-inspired small plates from Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros, designed for sharing and leisurely indulgence. Whether joining before dinner, settling in for sunset cocktails, or ending the evening beneath the lights of the Las Vegas Strip, Le Spritz Bar’s Second Act invites guests to sip, savor and escape into a sophisticated summer ritual unlike anything else in Las Vegas.

Le Spritz Bar’s new menu debuts May 22nd and welcomes guests on a first come, first served basis.
