The menu kicks off with Snacks for the Table, including crave-worthy Salt & Vinegar Popcorn and a vibrant Chips & Salsa and Guacamole Spread featuring Tajín-seasoned corn chips and house-made salsas. From there, guests can dive into elevated à la carte favorites like Salt & Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings tossed in Buffalo or Korean gochujang sauce, Wagyu Beef Sliders with American cheese and secret sauce, Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders with cider slaw and bread-and-butter pickles, and a classic Pepperoni Flatbread finished with mozzarella and fresh basil.
Game-day comfort continues with indulgent sides including Shoestring Parmesan Fries, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, and Loaded Tots layered with smoked bacon, scallions, and American cheddar beer fondue.
Throughout the game, guests will also enjoy access to Tailgate Buffet Stations, featuring nostalgic favorites with a Carversteak twist—Mini Pigs in a Blanket wrapped in puff pastry with honey mustard, Spinach & Artichoke Dip with roasted garlic and tortilla chips, Mini Soft Pretzels paired with truffle cheese sauce, Chili Dogs with Accompaniments, and hearty Steak Nachos loaded with pico de gallo, black beans, cheese sauce, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and green onions.
