A rare opportunity for food and wine enthusiasts, as wines from the prestigious Opus One Winery are expertly paired with the award-winning food of Chef Daniel Ontiveros. This experience features 5 courses, each thoughtfully paired by Master Sommelier Lindsey Geddes. The culinary journey begins with Dom Pérignon, complementing a King Crab Salad, and progresses through a menu that showcases special ingredients harmonized with some of the world’s highest-rated wines. A total of 5 different Opus One wines will be presented, including the 99-point 2019 and the 96-point 2010. To conclude, a Chocolate Ice Cream Cake is artfully matched with an epic reserve port from one of the world’s most iconic producers.

Cost per person is $750 not including tax and gratuity.
