What type of food do you serve?

Carversteak’s menu features dry-aged American steaks from artisan beef producers and Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks alongside classic preparations of other steakhouse staples, infused with seasonal ingredients, playful presentations, and vegan selections.

What is the dress code?

Seasonal Dress Code Guidelines for All Guests:

At CarverSteak, we take pride in offering an upscale dining experience, and we ask that all guests respect our elevated atmosphere by adhering to our seasonal summer dress code.

While we welcome a relaxed and comfortable vibe during warmer months, we kindly maintain the following standards to ensure all guests feel welcomed in a stylish, polished environment.

The following items are not permitted in the main dining room, lounge (interior), or bar (interior):
- Swimwear: Swim trunks, bikinis, or any poolside attire are not allowed, even when covered with other garments.
- Cargo Shorts: Bulk-style cargo shorts are not appropriate for the setting.
- Athletic Attire: This includes gym wear, workout shorts, sweatpants, joggers, athletic leggings, hoodies, and sports jerseys.
- Undershirts or Tank Tops: Sleeveless undershirts or visible tank tops worn as primary tops are not acceptable.

Specific Guidelines
-Hats:
Permitted only on the patio, at the lounge, or inside the bar.
Hats must be removed when seated in the main dining room for dinner service.
-Sandals & Flip Flops:
Casual sandals and flip flops are allowed on the patio only.
In the main dining room, bar, or lounge, closed-toe shoes or dressier footwear are expected.

Acceptable Attire Suggestions

For Men:
- Tailored shorts (non-cargo) with a collared shirt or polo
- Lightweight slacks or linen pants
- Closed-toe shoes or dressy sandals (patio only)

For Women:
- Summer dresses, blouses with skirts or pants
- Dressy sandals or wedges (flip flops patio only)
- Resort casual wear with polished presentation

Enforcement & Discretion

Our management team reserves the right to kindly decline entry to guests who do not meet the dress code requirements. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in preserving the ambiance and elevated standards of CarverSteak.

Do you have a corkage fee?

We have a corkage fee of $50 per 750ml bottle with a 2 bottle per table maximum. The wine cannot be on our current wine list.

Is Carversteak Age Restrictive (18+)?

Carversteak is age inclusive Sunday-Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, Carversteak transitions into a matured environment. Guests must be age 18 and over to enter. Friday & Saturday, 18+ Age Restriction After 7pm. Must Be Sat by 6:45 pm Latest

Does Carversteak have any Private Dining Rooms?

The Knife Shop lives up to its name with a curated collection of blades built into its design. Any knife can be purchased and shipped to you. The Whiskey Room is a similarly sized room adorned with fine and rare whiskeys.

Do the lounge and bars offer the full restaurant menu?

Yes, the lounge, indoor bar, and outdoor bar offers the full restaurant menu. The bars are first-come, first-serve for walk-ups.

Is the patio open year-round?

Yes, the patio will be operational year-round. The patio bar will feature a full herb garden.

Will there be a cake cutting fee?

Whenever a guest would like to bring in their own cake, there will be a cake cutting fee of $15 per guest.
