Introducing Le Spritz Bar at Carversteak – A Toast to Summer on the Strip
This May, Carversteak is raising a glass to summer with the debut of Le Spritz Bar, a seasonal escape inspired by the golden hour glamour of the French Riviera and the laid-back elegance of the Amalfi Coast. Opening Thursday, May 8, this intimate new experience takes over Carversteak’s climate-controlled patio with vibrant design, curated music, and an elevated take on the timeless European tradition of aperitivo hour.
Led by Carver Road Hospitality’s VP of Hospitality and Culture, Francesco Lafranconi, the menu features 10 original spritz creations alongside refined classics — each one thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the spritz’s rich cultural heritage and modern appeal. From the citrus-forward Porto Bianco to the non-alcoholic Shiso Sunset, every cocktail is a transportive sip of summer sophistication.
Complementing the drinks is a lineup of Mediterranean-inspired small plates by Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros, designed for sharing and indulging. Guests can enjoy bites like Spiced Marcona Almonds, Pan con Tomate, Chorizo & Cheddar Croquettes, and Carversteak’s signature Caviar Poppers, all perfect for sunset snacking or late-night lounging.
Whether you’re soaking in the Strip views with a glass of rosé spritz or settling into an evening of al fresco bites and conversation, Le Spritz Bar is a refreshing new way to experience Carversteak — and summer in Las Vegas.
